p1440 hosts 3-day elite events in various locations across the country and depending on the location may offer live streams for college coaches to view live or after the fact.  Many of these events serve as qualifiers for the annual p1440 Junior National Championship and the tournament age divisions are 18U, 16U, 14U and 12U and in addition and we pair players who want to participate but don’t have a partner.  

The elite clinic portion of the event runs for 3 hours on day 1 with no more than 8 girls to a court , 1 coach per court and consists of high-level drilling and competitive play. Court coaches are hand selected by p1440 Juniors Programming Director Rob Long. We make every effort to assign players a coach other than their club coach and will rotate coaches throughout the clinic when/where possible.  Players are sorted by skill level and age and when possible, we will separate girls who attend from the same club/location.
