Fundamentals is a training camp that will get you toned and primed in all of your practice routines, while helping you get tournament ready!Each day, you'll get a program that combines mindfulness, meditation, journaling, volleyball drills, strength training, and a community for encouragement from Olympian Kerri Walsh Jennings' hand-selected coaching team.

What you'll learn

The Fundamentals is a four-week program consisting of daily (Monday - Friday) videos demonstrating volleyball drills, strength training and mindfulness; and personal interaction with coaches, trainers and Kerri via a private community and includes:

  • 16 volleyball skills training sessions
  • 8 strength training workouts
  • 4 guided meditation sessions
  • Feedback from Kerri and coaches
